Our Story

Jakin Harper grew up wanting to be an inventor, inspired by watching his father juggle military service, technology, entrepreneurship, ministry, and family—all without the modern tools that could have made life easier. Encouraged early in tech, Jakin led computer classes and launched a WordPress meetup at 14, later becoming Rackspace’s youngest hire at the time, and working in engineering roles for Booz Allen Hamilton.

In 2022, he founded Rareform Agency to create the AI-driven business systems he wished his father had—tools that save time, improve visibility, and make work more personal, not less.
